Fruity Mint Kebabs
Vegan dessert
Makes eight
Ingredients:
2 punnets strawberries, washed and hulled
1 small pawpaw, peeled and cut into cubes
25ml lemon juice
20g (25ml) castor sugar
chopped fresh mint
Method:
Thread strawberries and pawpaw alternately on to wooden skewers.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, castor sugar and mint.
Serve chilled
